I know this is an older thread but it bears repeating for several Eastern European countries. A woman I know had her Dobermann bitch imported from Belarus but the CKC refuses to register/accept those papers, so she's had to go through AKC - importing the papers to AKC, and then from AKC to CKC.

Roxxy What the...? Are you serious? Wow, I can't believe that! My dog's father is Lucky Luck di Altobello. I never met that dog nor his owners personally so I can't say much about them, but what you said shocks me to the core! Thanks for sharing this info.

I am from Ireland and I purchased a male Doberman pup from this man a few years ago. I sent Ä3,300 to his bank account for the pup and delivery to Ireland and the pup never came. He refused to give me back my money and my solicitor/lawyer didn't deal with it as he is outside the EU. Please avoid and this man doesn't deserve to be in business.

May i ask what was the breeders excuse for not sending you the pup or not refunding your money?
