New and looking for our next Dobie!

Been a few years since our last Doberman, and been on the search for almost a year now looking for our next.

We're in California and seems like everyone has a long waiting list, or breeders we've been talking to just don't don't get lucky enough for an available black male for us.

We're hopeful our new boy will be found soon!

Hello from Oklahoma!

I've been waiting for 6 years or so now!

Happy Hunting!

I keep Dobe blocking myself.

Sure! I will take your Rat Terrier because she's going to go to the pound if I don't. Then here comes a Black Lab.

Hang in there! Best wishes for you!

I am holding out for a red male.

Don't know where in California you are (it's one of those loooong states but you might want to check out some of the Oregon breeders--there are several really good ones in Southern Oregon.

But the bottom line is that I think all of the better breeders have fairly long waiting lists at this point.

Good luck in your search and welcome from Portland, Oregon.

Welcome from Missouri!

Due to the long waiting lists, I would strongly consider getting on a wait list with my preferred breeder and sitting tight with it. I'm afraid long waiting lists are going to be reality for quite a while, so holding off might just serve to extend your wait even longer.

Good luck!

Oh, and feel free to share pics and videos of your previous and/or current dogs (Dobermans or not)! We like pictures, videos, and stories.
