Ear cropping

With out hesitation Sam Grant in Cincinnati Ohio. He did my girl's and he is really one of the best in my opinions and worth the hour+ drive from Dayton.

Do you have a picture of your dobes crop for people to see?

What some people consider s good crop is FAR FAR from it. Not saying your crop is bad cause I haven't seen it, but my first dobes crop that I thought was good, and cheap to boot, I would leave the ears natural before having done again. I wasn't experienced with crops and was not a good judge of crops at the time.

Again, not saying your crop falls into this category cause we haven't seen it to be able to judge it.

OP, there is an ear cropping forum available for more information.

Unfortunately Sam Grant retired around a year or so back...leaves a BIG hole in that area.

Interesting he did my girl's ears from her breeder not that long ago. Maybe he is closed to non breeders?

Yeah, he still does some breeders, but is officially retired.

This thread is sooo old, too, but good for education because of where it is, I suppose.

Ha I did not even notice the year. Thank you! I dislike when old threads reappear and I don't notice. Normally I check before posting. Thanks!

You mean like a doberman forum... such as this one?
You could Google "Doberman Ear cropping + your state" .... you're likely to end up back on DT.

Start your own thread about it. Google ear cropping your area and Doberman talk you usually get a better return than using dt's search function.
