Depends on where you are in MO. I'm just across the river. I live in Kansas. I also don't get here like I used to. Cheers!

I'm still here. More some weeks than others depending on life.

Where in Missouri are you located?

I know I'm about a year late, but there are two dog parks near O'Fallon, MO that I used to take my pit bull to without any issues: My favorite is Broemmelsiek Park (also has a swimming lake for the pups) and Quail Ridge.

Here is a list of other dog parks in MO: Top 10 Dog Parks in Missouri

All the MO threads are old, but since I'd love local(ish...I'm boonies) friends, I thought I'd chime in. SEMO here, though I make it up to STL sometimes. I'm just a couple hours away.

Still looking for breeders nearby - including possibly AR, KY, TN, IL. I've contacted Old Drum, which I see suggested most often for MO breeders, but I'm still waiting to hear back. Just perusing the midwest forum to learn of any others within driving distance.

I will if I have a whole new topic to bring up, but it seemed silly to start a new one just to say hi when there were 2 MO posts on the front page already.

I may be able to help you in regard to breeders in the midwest. I live in STL and researched for few years. If you're ever able to make it up here, I would suggest checking out the kennel clubs in the area and attending shows (I stalked the purina event center for a full summer) to see what you like and meet people.

You can PM me if you need to.

Thank you, Jesseq! I would love to learn more about midwest breeders. I've contacted one, but I have yet to hear back. Kind of a bummer.

I only get to STL every now and then, but we should be heading that way one day soon. I'll have to search around for newsletters or notifications I can get about upcoming shows. I doubt any would be closer to me, but maybe I can make one or two up that way to meet some folks.
