Hey, This is Annette from near Raleigh, NC. I connected with you via this site and Tricia some several years ago when I first got Jackson. back then we were doing dobie meetups. Anyway, on 6/20 I found a male Dobie running across my road. he is prob 4 or 5, ears clipped and a beautiful boy. I put several posts out with no response. So we decided to keep him. All was good - until it wasn't. He and Jackson are not getting along (no real surprise, but I had hoped for better results). I have contacted several rescues as well as Dobie rescue of the triad. They are full and I have not heard back from other
He isHW positive and we are going threw the treatment now. He is great with my pitt mix Rita, and leaves my old girl Maddie alone. I just can't subject him or Jackson to the life of separation it would take. Do you know anyone that would be interested in a male? D'oh! I had forgotten about that one. Yeah, it kinda counts, in that the dog slipped thru the safety net that was supposed to protect her from the chaos and loser-life.
