The "Teenage" Phase

Ha, they needed a study to figure this out? LOL

Dogs go through 'teenage' phase when they hit puberty

Poor boys...but they have to excel at SOMETHING after all, if only for their own self-esteem.

I had to really crank up the brain cells so I could remember that far back but for the most part, we didn't have too many issues with Mocha. Matter of fact, it was more of the opposite as she grew out of her puppy stages and started to mature (they do say the girls mature faster than the boys). The only time she had any drastic changes was her first heat, she turned supper affectionate and clingy. But obedience-wise, nope.

After all the years with mostly male dogs and mostly Dobermans I could write a book!

But both adolescent boys eventually outgrow it and so do the adolescent dogs.

Well, mostly they both do...

Your infinite wisdom bug is what kept me going through some trying times with Sugar!

His brain continues to grow in microns. I can see it working more and more everyday!

And he's still so damn sweet so that keeps us going here!
