Photos - Risa's Ears

Risa will be 17 weeks old this Monday. I re-posted her ears today and took some photos before taping them up again. This is my first time posting my own dog's ears. I think her ears look so pretty and wanted to share! Just took the photos about 30 min. ago.

Risa ---- 7 Months old!!

Very nice, looks good! She is a pretty girl.

Sundobe

Nothing is 'natural' about drop ears. All pure breeds are designed by man with a purpose, form, function and look that is is their heritage, their history - important parts of what made the breed and must be respected and preserved.

If we want the right to have that CHOICE, let's stand up and fight for ALL choice! Let's NOT remain neutral or silent about losing the right to choose just because YOUR choice may not be the one threatened!

In doG, we trust.

That is a nice looking pup, love those ears. Where did you get her? Who did the crop? What do you call that style crop?

Thanks! I'm not sure who did the crop. They were done before I got her. Here is the website for Risa's breeders and the webpage for her mom & dad...

Oh, Wonder has some Gold Grove in his pedigree I believe. Pretty dogs.

Yep! Wonder's great grand-dad was Player's brother.

Those are some pretty ears! I love the long crops and those look like they are standing just perfectly. I'm wanting to get a long crop on my next dobe I plan to get in a few months. Hopefully I will be as lucky as you with the whole ordeal. Fingers crossed.

Thanks! I just hope that it keeps going this well. We still have a long way to go with the posting. Risa is only 4 months old. Every time I take off the tape, I'm anxious to see what's underneath... I'm always worried about little sores, raw spots, tape that's too tight, etc. So far, so good.
