Her ears were going perfect then....

Hey guys. Nova is about 7 months old and her right ear is now collapsed. I did the taping myself all this time and the ears were looking fantastic. I am not sure what the hell happened but the right ear is down bigtime. I am not sure what to do for it. I have been using the foam inserts with tape since day one and everything was going well. Any help would be appreciated , I am not sure if I should do something different....

Good pic is 4 months old
bad pic is now, about 7 months old.

Have you stopped posting?

If so, I would immediately re-post that ear. Full post. And I would probably plan to continue posting it for another 2-3 months with only very short breaks to air out the ear until I tested it again.

Are those really pictures of the same puppy at 4 and 7 months--I only ask because in the picture you say is 4 months she's clearly a red Doberman and unless the color register was really way off she looks like a black puppy in the 7 month picture with the partly dropped ear.

You should continue posting--the ear isn't dropped to the head and continuing to post should resolve the problem and the ear should stand. Did the ear fall right after you removed the posts to clean the ears? Or was it down for a length of time?
