Worried about Incision and Ear ability to stand.

Hello!!! So my puppy is currently 9wks old and suffered from an infection to ear ear incision after a crop so I ended up taking the cup off and letting the ears heal without a cup. It has been two weeks since I took the cup off and now her right ear is almost completely scab free and standing alone but her left is down but the incision is not healing the same. Toward the bottom portion of the ear you can see the incision is thicker and I believe this is the reason the ear is down. I am scared that ones I start posting that left ear won't stand. I am going to add pictures so that you guys can take a better look and give me your opinion on the ear(By the way the ear that I am holding up is the one that I am worried about). When do you guys think that I should start posting?

I would not think of posting until the last scab is gone and ears are healed.
My breeder advised not to even use antibiotic salve.
