Alright so looking it up and in terms of IGP (no longer called Schutzhund as of 2019) here is what is in your area:

Tri-State Working Dog Club
Laurel Springs, NJ (26 minutes drive from Philly)
Affiliation: DVG
John Soares
Phone: 973-715-0212
Email: [email protected]
John's website as a trainer: John Soares | Internationally Renowned Dog Trainer & Teacher
I highly, highly recommend working with John if you can. Even if for xyz reason he can't take you on he'll be able to point you in the right direction elsewhere. He is particularly astute and knowledgeable in training off-breeds and specifically dobermans. Other working doberman people often go to his seminars or organise them at their clubs.

MidAtlantic/Three Mountains Working Dog Club
New Bloomfield, PA (this is a 2 hour drive out from Philly)
Home
Affiliation: DVG

You can also check out USCA clubs, failing those but I recommend starting with the two DVG clubs above because not every USCA club accepts off breeds or non-herding breeds, sometimes non-GSD breeds even. Plus there is some complicated issue with USCA right now who is in a dispute with, well, basically everyone else (in the US) and the FCI has ruled that USCA titles will no longer be recognised, and dogs winning championships cannot qualify for the National All-Breed championships, or the FCI world championships. It's a bit of a cluster**** tbh and quite messy.

I know John Soares is supposed to be good..... but sorry that even though I live in the Philly area, I know nothing about the working clubs in the area.

IGP isn't the only bitesport, either. There is French Ring, Mondioring, PSA, and something else that escapes me at the moment.

KNPV is probably what you're thinking of.

There is also now American Schutzhund which is under the umbrella of the PSA organism.

There are a few other things like Iron Dog type events where you face off against 4 decoys at once in conjunction with endurance races and other kinds of crazy things. Belgian Ring I don't think is a thing here and neither is Campagne but Campagne is certainly impressive.
