Happy Independence Day!

Happy Independence Day from the MeadowCats! We did our photo shoot today, since we're due for a lot of rain tomorrow. As always, my dogs were (more or less) very patient with my shenanigans.

For once Richter looks reasonably OK with his holiday garb....but I think Bebe has taken over the job of chief grouch.

And of course Sypha, the willing model, is, as always, willing...

Very cute pics.

I'm going to respectfully disagree here...in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd pics, Richter isn't looking all that happy to be there although he did seem to cheer up towards the end (more cheese?)

He wasn't particularly thrilled about some of the costumes... Today they got a variety of treats (no cheese, sadly!). But he does cooperate even when he doesn't love the photos, so I appreciate it! He's a very good boy.

If there was an AKC title for getting dogs into costumes for pics & public humiliation, then Sypha & Richter would be the first recipients and MC would be the master instructor for it....

The AKC Acronym Might Be- CACCA (Canine Advanced Crazy Costume Abuse)
