Welcome! I have a few things:
1. Why isn't the breeder cropping the litter? If they're skimping out on the cost of cropping (although they usually make up another excuse as to why they aren't doing it, like not everyone wants a cropped puppy) what else are they skipping out on? Reputable breeders crop their puppies for their new puppy owners. Likely they haven't done all of the proper health testing that imperative to owning a Doberman. DCM kills over 60% of the breed. You want to make sure they aren't just doing the DNA DCM tests (which mean very little) and are doing a yearly holter monitoring of the breeding pairs hearts and a yearly echocardiogram, among other tests like vWD, Hips and elbows, yearly thyroid and I like to see yearly full blood panels done myself.
2. Below is my list of cropping vets that have produced some very nice crops. Dr. McBride is the most well known for her crops.
Dr. James Dee VCA Hollywood Hollywood (954) 920-3556
Marcum Animal hospital Lakeland (863) 858-1718
Suburban Animal Hospital: Coleman Mark Gainsville (352) 377-3361
Sumter County Animal Hospital Dr. Leigh McBride Wildwood (352) 748-5454
Good luck to you.
