Yes, we've been doing it yearly at the Cambridge show for several years now, and hopefully it'll be on for next year! The Cambridge show is always the 4th weekend in June, I think....

The flags are markers on the course - those, I believe, mark the places when the umbrella should be popped open - when the dog gets to a certain spot. There are all kinds of very specific measurements - where the can starts being shaken, where the umbrella is popped open, where the "bad guy" moves, etc.
