Recommendations for Jacket for 70lb Doberman?

It has been really cold in Chicago this winter and I need to get her a jacket, I have a hard time finding good ones for her as her chest is large and does not seems to fit like typical dogs. Anyone have winter jackets that they like or recommend?

Chilly Dogs has different weights, from windbreakers to fleece to heavier coats. They seem to fit the doberman body types nicely.

I just ordered a Weatherbeeta yesterday. I'll have to see how it fits when it gets here, but it was very inexpensive.

I think our very own Meadowcat makes clothes for Dobies, I've heard a lot of folks recommend her coats

I like those fleece jackets, do you guys feel that you need something windproof if outside for a while (XC Skiing, Hiking, Snowshowing, Etc...)

I like something with a shell because it helps when it's windy, and also water resistant.

Fleece is a good coat, but needs to be an undercoat if it is very windy or snowy. Snow tends to stick to a fleece coat, though it doesn’t necessarily melt or soak in depending on the temperature. I do like coats that cover the chest and go between the front legs or even have short sleeves--seems like those keep their chest warmer than those that just fasten around the neck.

I layer a Weatherbeeta over fleece - I like the style with the chest wrap. I know several people who use and like the Chillydogs coats.

I found your FB page today! So cute! I've been largely absent from DT for a while so I didn't even realize you were making dobe fleeces. I'll have to get one for my girl.
