GiGi, I'd pass. This is the typical pedigree of a line of backyard-bred dogs, and that's not said to be snotty, but rather as a warning.
The Doberman is sooooo not a breed to buy from someone who does not know what they are doing, and is not ethical and intelligent in the way they breed.
Inherited heart disease is so epidemic in the breed, that the better breeders screen their parent dogs at least once per year, with canine cardiology specialists, PRIOR to breeding them.
A regular vet visit means nothing, in terms of ruling that out, and if this guy selling this pup tries to reassure you with that, don't let him fool you.
It is super expensive, on both the heart and the wallet, to watch your Doberman die young and miserably, with heart disease--or any of the many other issues in the breed.
Try to protect yourself from stumbling down that path. Folks here will help you, if you give a general location and ask.
