Unhappy Doberman puppy has dairrhea for 4 days

I have a doberman puppy that just turned one last week and for the first 4 days she has had diarrhea. At first I thought the diarrhea had occurred because i changed her feeding from twice a day to once a day. For the first two days I only feed her once a day and she would eat about 4 cups in that one serving, I thought the eating too much at once caused the diarrhea. On the morning of day 2 she threw up and as I was cleaning it i noticed it was all dog food, she threw up again about a minute later and it was bile. For day 3 I only feed her a cup and a half and day four I feed her twice about 2 cups each serving. On day 4 I thought she had gotten passed the diarrhea because at 4 p.m she pooped and her stool was normal, fast forward to the evening she had diarrhea at 9 pm and again at midnight : ( . I dont think its parasite because I deworm her every month, her last dosage was on the 21st. She has been acting like her normal self despite the diarrhea she is playing, drinking water and eating all her food. Any ideas on what is wrong with her? I just scheduled a appointment with the vet because i read online that if diarrhea doesnt remedy itself after 4 days to go to the vet.

There's not much I can tell you online; I'm glad you're heading to a vet.

Is she able to hold the water down, or does she throw that up too? If she has been throwing up a lot and has diarrhea, you need to worry about whether she is getting dehydrated. You may need to take her to a vet right away, instead of waiting until normal office hours.

Glad you are going to the Vet. Because you just never know until the doc look at things closely.
My vet always encourages earlier visit when conditions begin.
Always best, better to catch a condition early versus it festering into something bigger.
Keep in touch after the Vet visit.
