Red bleeding bumps on snout

Does anyone recognize this issue?

How about a picture? On the chin I'd say it was pimples and they are usually from the dog getting food on his chin and it causes pimples if not cleaned off. But there are other places on the "snout" so a couple of picture might help.

Hi Meghan... And welcome from the Pacific NW.

One question. Is this a puppy/young dog? Many Dobe pups get "bumps" of various sorts from various causes when they are young due to a still developing immune system.

Papilomas (puppy warts) come to mind.
