Opinions on Hausenbrook dobermans

I have been in contact with a few breeders namely gatehouse, cresswell, connquest, and hausenbrook. Of them all, hausenbrook is the only one with current puppies available but I can't find much information on her. I will be meeting her this sunday. She sounds incredibility knowledgeable, but I would love to hear if anyone closer to the industry or anyone with her dogs can give me some information.

I don't know this breeder but it's nice that she has champions but I'm not seeing longevity (at least from the dogs on her website). I'd also like to know what the bitches passed from. It looks like she's doing some health testing but is she doing a yearly holter and echo? Thyroid? Hips and elbow? I think I only saw vWD status on some dogs so I would enquire more on that if I were you.

She is a long time member here on DT, "gracieface" and I think almost anyone would consider her a reputable breeder as well. As with anyone though, make sure you are discussing health tests and COD's with the breeder and checking dobequest and OFA etc. Good luck.

Neither the mother or father are listed on Dobequest. Hausenbrook has had many dogs listed there in the past but not this one. Mother is hausenbrooks bangaboomerang CGN and sire is garshagans everybody talks TT.

@rj

You know..... unfortunately a lot of folks don't update often enough on Dobequest. I don't really get it. Its not that hard. But, thats just the way it is. Since it seems you have established a relationship with this breeder, the easiest way is to simply approach them and ask for the information.
