Sorry you had to learn the hard way.
However, PLEASE do NOT even try to rehome the male. As harsh as it sounds, the male should probably be put down. A rescue will not take him with his bite history, and it is absolutely unfair to expect someone else (who may or may not know how to handle a reactive, aggressive dog) to have to deal with him. It's also a legal liability, that could land you in very hot water if he attacked another dog.
As for your female, please contact a Doberman rescue group, and get her placed with them. They can then find her a suitable home.
PS: I am the owner of a reactive dog, though not as bad as your male. She would probably never be able to live with another family.
