^^ Rosemary nailed it.
I live in Kimbertal's fallout zone. Almost all the dogs that end up in rescue in my area are Kimbertal dogs. That's problematic. If they were in any way ethical, those dogs would never land in rescue, nor would they stay in rescue until adoption.
Furthermore, a breeder producing oversized dogs is problematic. This is NOT a large breed! We have a breed standard for a reason, and breeding them too large brings in an increased risk of spinal, joint, and heart problems. I sure hope you've figured out how much echocardiograms and holters cost in your area, because in your shoes I'd plan to do them twice a year. Kimbertal produces a LOT of cardio. I spoke with someone whose parents are devotees of Kimbertal, and they legitimately believed the breed's lifespan is no more than 6 years. Every single one of theirs (something like 15 dogs) died by the age of 6. They lost of them from cardio, one or two from absolutely horrid temperament.
Also, from a personal experience - I've seen several Kimbertal dogs in the Obedience ring, and literally none of them have done well. All of them seemed just slightly "off."
