Feverhaus Doberman reviews?

Hi all. New member here. I just lost my sweet Moose at 3 yrs old in March to DCM, and we're looking to add another dobie into our lives. I've been doing my due diligence to educate myself on reputable breeders (many, many hours at this point, and I feel as if we've only just started...) and I would appreciate your advice.

We're considering getting in touch with Feverhaus Dobermans in NY. Ideally, we'd like for a high drive European dobe but - above all else - a HEALTHY dog. I've seen great reviews here related to Feverhaus' health testing and the quality of dogs they produce, but the most recent post was from 2015ish. I wanted to make sure that they're still producing quality dogs today.

Any thoughts or experience with Mitch? Please let me know, and thanks in advance for the help!

A friend of mine is in talks with him to breed her bitch to Shtorm, she was supposed to breed to him this spring, but she came into season early just as lockdown happened. I know she wouldn't even enquire if he weren't fully health tested so I think Mitch has that side of breeding down.

He blends European showlines (primarily East European) and some European working lines.

Feverhaus currently has 2 litters, I believe that he does not announce them because they are already mainly reserved. As Artemis mentioned, before the covid, I was supposed to mate with his male SK shtorm, I like his bloodlines very much. The dogs I saw in action had a superb drive at work.

I have had 2 Dobes from Mitch; he is WONDERFUL. Though we live on opposite coasts and have never met, he is incredibly supportive and has become a very good friend. You can't go wrong with Feverhaus.

Hi- we have a deposit down on a puppy from one of Mitch’s litters! We are very excited! He has been extremely helpful from day one. I had done tons of research as well and had spoken to many different breeders. He truly stood out as someone who genuinely cares about his dogs, the breed and maintaining good health. He offers us advice, keeps in constant contact and has been nothing but honest. We can’t wait! Best of luck to you!
