Good to see you around.

Hey if you're having trouble with the new look on the site you can always change back. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and there's a drop down on the left hand side. Select DT classic and it will go back.

Helio's a good looking boy btw. Is his pedigree posted somewhere? Still being new I love looking at pedigrees and researching. IDK, does that ever get old?

I agree Gretchen Red - pedigrees are fascinating and I too love studying them. Helio's pedigree is posted on my web site. You can see all my pedigrees there. He has crossed beautifully with my American girls!!!

Hello there! Some of you may have read my other posts as I have been actively searching for the perfect breeder. I have reached out to many, and I do understand nationals has been underway so that may be why I have not heard back from many however it has been two weeks now since the actual submissions of questionaries to breeders began and I have to say that Suzan at J Bar S has impressed me. She was quick to reply to me by email and over the phone was so very knowledgeable and talked to me on a personal level that really made me feel like I would have amazing breeder support. She does have a litter planned for next year and she is within reasonable amount of hours from me that we can travel to her. We want to try to go and visit her and her Dobermans first and that way settle a deposit or such in person however you are all so knowledgable on here I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has personally met Suzan or any of her dogs? The litter she has planned will be with Intl CH Echorun's Notorious Outrageous Koko Channel. As this will be our first doberman we aren't that knowledgeable but we have been researching and closely following this forum for quite some time now. It seems Suzan feels very strongly about the standards and ethics of the breed and that means the most to us. We've always had a love for the breed, just didn't have the home or space to properly provide for such a dog. Now that we do we are all in! :-) We are mainly wanting a Doberman as a family companion and household "protector" (more so that a miniature dachshund just has zero intimidation factor hehe) however we tend to really go all in with our fur children and we already plan to do group and one-on-one obedience classes and I could see us perhaps wanting to fulfill the dogs full potential to obedience events. We are not interested in showing as marvelous as all of that is. We really are just excited to get a breed that has the willingness to learn and excited to see what adventures lie ahead. Anyways if any of you actually own a J Bar S doberman it would be fantastic to hear your story or experience and of course share photos!
We have known Suzan for nearly 11 years and can tell you with full certainty that she is the real deal. Tyler recently passed away and we will be getting our third doberman from her upcoming Koko breeding as well.

I just realized I hadn't seen this but I am so sorry for your loss. We are also going to be getting one of the beautiful Koko's puppies and could not be anymore excited!

You all I can not contain my excitement! I know this group is a place I can share that in! :-) When I made this post I was confident in going with Suzan and since then she has impressed me ten folds. I was swayed to go with another breeder when I had recommendations come to me and the litter was going to be sooner however things with that breeder did not end up going well and my husband and I were heartbroken. Luckily Suzan is amazing and still had room for us on this great litter and now it is almost puppy time! She sent this photo to us as the weeks are getting closer to puppies being born. This litter is Intl CH Echorun's Notorious Outrageous Koko Channel x Sant Kreal Jamal. Prayer for healthy & happy puppies!

Oh my goodness I can not say enough how thrilled I am on my decision to go with Suzan, she has been so amazing at communicating with us-- more so than I expected and I love it! First time Mama Koko had some issues with a babe getting stuck in the birth canal and ended up needing a Csection and while that poor babe was a loss she ended up with 6 healthy puppies. And she even sent a photo! I was not sure it was possible to be more excited than I was previously but I somehow am! :-) The start to gathering new puppy supplies begins... as if I need more reasons to go shopping, hehe.

Kayla and Arron so glad to catch up to this thread. I have been busy with puppy's and UDC Nationals so don't drop by here as often as I should. I am glad to see that all is working out as I know how disappointing it can be sometimes. Aaron I was so sorry that you lost Tyler Page - for 11 years I know she had the best home possible and now Tux gets to rule the roost -.......for a little while until Leeba moves in!!! See you all soon.
