Looking for a Breeder in Bradford, ON

I was sold a "retired breeding bitch" by someone claiming to be a ckc breeder in Bradford. I have recently been harassed by her husband and I'm trying to figure out what her kennel name and contact information is so I can file a complaint with the CKC. The dog I was sold is not ckc registered, I don't remember the kennel name, unfortunately. I do know that her name is Kristen though. I have some other unsavory and immoral things that she has done to report to the ckc but, it's been a while and since it was not a puppy I purchased, the kennel name seems to have slipped my mind. I'm also trying to figure out if she is even registered at all, which I have doubts about but, it's worth a shot. I've searched and searched and have come up with nothing. I've also contacted the CKC to no avail. Has anyone heard of any breeders in the Bradford, ON area?

You didn't research them at all prior to buying this bitch from them?

Given the OP's history, seems unlikely...

If it truly is a site for doberman owners to connect then why have I received so much crap about where I got my dogs? If dogs were only ever bred and sold by registered breeders, there would be a TON of breeds that would've died off. Having known the breeder for a long time, I can guarantee that he did not do it for money. I love my dogs unconditionally and I really don't give a flying f*** where they came from. They have been vet checked and are healthy. I'm not going to stress over medical problems that May or may not happen in the future. I have more important things to worry about...like enjoying the present with my fiancé, son and dogs. It's absolutely ridiculous to treat a newcomer this way. All I wanted was to connect and talk to thee doberman owners. Apparently mine aren't good enough because they're not CKc registered and champion bloodlines.

i'm hoping they read my comment and think about it, though.

Nice try, but I doubt it. According to Panzer, we are all "snobs"....

If the breeder isn't a CKC member, the CKC won't do anything anyway.

Gosh. That original post is unbelievable.

If you didn't research who you were buying dog from, while you actively had the tools available and know to you to do so, you brought that on yourself.

I hope you're doing right by that dog.
