This is some interesting reading. Just began my investigation into who is who, after being out since 2007, in the recent dobe world that is local in Ontario & working my way around. . As for the ckc, they are a business and fairly useless. They say nothing negative, only what they can say, which isn't much, as long as your keep dues paid up. Guessing my search will be arduous...
Regarding a class action law suit, you know you'll have get her firm on both counts, intent of fraud & mischief. Canadian law view animals/pets, as chattel and I have an inclination people who do this kind of thing are usually seasoned crooks and well aware.
My opinion, I'm giving it anyway, is to educate the public via any and all manners possible. Change their views by giving them free knowledge. Good place to start is to coordinate w all your Vets, University & Collages.
Then lobby the Federal Government, w facts, keep all the heart string stuff out (it does nothing to help, unfor.), related to the kind of feral fraud that is ongoing in this type of business.
Responsibility begins at home, and teach people to loose the complicate attitudes.
