Chicken piccata is one of those dishes I love and somehow it never occurs to me to make it.
(I confess that I tend to make lots of soups, stews and that sort of thing because--I don't have to cook anything for several days that way--just heat up whatever is still in the refrigerator, in the microwave and lo and behold--dinner, or lunch and occasionally breakfast.)
