Would definitely look into getting a good harness like 4 x 4 suggested. It will help with getting him around without putting more stress on his neck. Also - booties are a suggestion for slippery floors. A lot of people buy cheap throw rugs for high traffic areas to keep dogs with wobblers from slipping.

I get the fact that you live in an area that does not have the high tech diagnostic tools - so you have to do the best you can with what you do have available. It seems like your vet is trying their best to keep your boy comfortable.
