Sypha earned her L1E yesterday - she did some really nice work and I was very happy with her.

The afternoon weather got significantly warmer and Richter struggled tremendously with the heat, and he had some focus issues, too at his L2E trial...we didn't have a great trial. It was really tough to keep him cool while we waited at the staging areas and he had a hard time being cool enough to search well on a couple of the searches, and his first search he just couldn't focus - the critter smells were too distracting and the area was REALLY large, so we just couldn't get it together enough to find three hides in the 2 minutes allotted. Oh time!
