Which Taste of the Wild formula were you feeding? The Nutra Nuggets isn't a very good food. I would go back to TOTW if you can later on, but read the ingredient label and feed different meat proteins and see if that might be the cause.

When dogs have allergies they itch, get yeast and break out with staph infections on their skin. But mainly they itch very badly so they lick and chew and scratch themselves almost constantly. Does your boy itch?

Your vet will not be able to test your boy's thyroid properly. Vets can't do this in their office. Is there a veterinary school in Jordan? A veterinary school should be able to do the appropriate test.
Don't waste your money asking your vet to do the test.

He's a very pretty boy. Thank you for sharing the photos. I hope you can get his problem figured out quickly.
