I don't know where you are at in your heeling process, but if you're at a loss as to where to go now, I think it would be worthwhile. For me, I was looking for something unique, but I had already taught the general idea of Ellis's focused heeling, so the dvd didn't offer much in that respect. All three dogs I am training though have focused heeling down and know what is expected as far as attention and no lures. If you are still partially in the luring phase, I'd highly recommend it due to how he goes through the steps of fading the luring.
