I ran across these for those who live with hard core winters. They are custom made and a bit pricey but look very warm.

These are designed for working dogs to keep muscles warm they also have a fleece non waterproof version I dont think either of these are designed for maximum warmth so they would probably work as designed to prevent cooling down too fast or as wind breakers/sweaters

For those who sew
There are other patterns but they may not be dobe sized

heres one for a hooded coat designed for a greyhound done with a lighter material it could be used as a sweater and if you dig around that site there is a non hooded version along with several other craft items
