How many different types of toys do they have? (Kong’s, ropes, balls, stuffed ) What are their favorite ones?

We have all types of toys! Kongs (and other rubber stuffables), marrow bones for stuffing, ropes for tugs, tennis balls, Nylabones, a flashy ball for playing fetch when it's dark, stuffed squeaky toys... Even one of those Wiggly Gigglies or whatever. Their favorites are definitely the food stuffed toys... They love food. They also love squeaky toys that are suitable for tug.

Are they destructive with their toys? How long do they last?

Kongs and hollow marrow bones practically last forever. They aren't too destructive with those. Stuffed toys last maybe three or so days of play time... Ropes last as long as they don't get chewed on.

Do you have a “Serial Stuffie Killer”? (Stuffed toys that are shredded beyond recognition) or do they play with them nicely?

Definitely shredded beyong recognition!

Do they with the toys by themselves or do they play with you or other dogs?

They do play with themselves at times. They like to run around the house shaking them and squeaking them.

If you play with them, What games do you play?

I play fetch almost everyday, and they play tug too.

Have you seen any toy aggressive behaviors with all toys or only with certain ones?

Pippin will guard his toys from other dogs if they act like they're trying to take it, but never from a human. He will of course guard the higher reward toys, like stuffed Kongs, more possesively than a non-stuffed one.... But again, he's never displayed an guarding aggression towards a human, and if he did a trainer would be hired.

they both have kongs..Sawyer does not know how to play with toys yet..Denali loves her toys as long as they squeak as a matter of fact we have to put up her squeakies at night if we expect to be able to relax at all..Im trying to teach Sawyer how to play tug with a rope bone but as of yet he wants nothing to do with it

Harvey has a kong stuffed with food for a day time snack if e wants it. He likes to just chew on the kong sometimes. He has many rope toys which have stood the test of time and were defiantly worth the money. He likes to shake those around and they are great for throwing. He has a plastic dinosaur which has a long drawn out squeal when he lets go. He whines over this toy and is sooo gentle with it. He will gently pick it up and put it in our lap as if he wants us to nurse it lol. He has a knobbly blue ball which is his his absolute fave. He will lie on the floor and gently squeeze it between his jaws for ages. He wil lie on the floor and try a paw it out from under the sofa and whine if he cant reach it. I think he must like the texture. We have quite a few old footballs which he loves to play with when we kick them about.

Cheap tennis balls last about a minute at the best of times with Harvey but he is very gentle with soft toys and his others.

he likes to play mostly with us than on his own and will share his toys with his dog pals

Harvey has never displayed any aggresion towards his toys..even the ones he loves like his blue ball. He will try and play tug of war with the ropes but will freely give them up and will let me take them out of his mouth.

1. How many different types of toys do they have? (Kong’s, ropes, balls, stuffed ) What are their favorite ones?

Loki has a basket full of toys. Currently, I only buy JW toys (Cuz toys) which are those balls with devil horns, a dino ball, rings, etc. They have annoying squeakers.

Are they destructive with their toys? How long do they last?

Loki doesn't destroy those toys. That is why I only buy those!! The squeakers keep him entertained for hours. After the squeakers go, he still loves to squish them in his mouth.

Do you have a “Serial Stuffie Killer”? (Stuffed toys that are shredded beyond recognition) or do they play with them nicely?

Yes, so I stopped buying them. I hate cleaning up the fuzz.

Do they with the toys by themselves or do they play with you or other dogs? If you play with them, What games do you play?

Loki will play with them by himself. He rummages through his basket and choose what he wants. However, he also likes to play with humans. His favorite game is to drop the ball on your lap and try to see who can grab it first.

Have you seen any toy aggressive behaviors with all toys or only with certain ones?
No.

Let's see, Max has a stuffed squirrel, a tennis ball, kongs, tug of war ropes & he HATES all of them!!!! His favorite games are to be chased, me wrestling with him & to throw him bone around like a ball. We have to keep it clear of glass, he will just whip it all over the house & run after it. This goes on for about 20 minutes before he starts gnawing on it.

He only likes the kongs if there is some kind of treat inside.

How many different types of toys do they have? (Kong’s, ropes, balls, stuffed ) What are their favorite ones?I have them all kongs, ropes, balls that make noise and balls that dont, and stuffed toys.
Are they destructive with their toys? Depends on the toy. Stuffed yes she is. She pulls the stuffing out and tears it to piece but she will still be carring it around 6 - 8 months later. The only other toy we have had to replce is her frisbee. She broke that to pieces.
How long do they last? Stuffed toys less then 1 week but she will still play with it. Frisbees about 4 - 6 months.
Do you have a “Serial Stuffie Killer”? (Stuffed toys that are shredded beyond recognition) Yes my dog is a " Serial Stuffie Killer "
Do they play with them nicely? She is also sort of not as well. I have a 3 foot tall teddy bear that she now uses as a pillow and she doesnt distroy it. She doesnt even chew on it unless she pulling off my bed.
Do they with the toys by themselves or do they play with you or other dogs?By herself but me and my mother and everyone else cant help but play with her with them LOL
If you play with them, What games do you play?Tug of war and fetch
Have you seen any toy aggressive behaviors with all toys or only with certain ones? Only with certain ones but she only aggressive towards the toy no one else or animal. LOL

Kohl loves those little red street hockey balls. LOVES THEM! He sleeps with them. Stuffies don't last a minute in our house. Stuffing everywhere! We tent to buy alot of those sqeeky toys from the dollar store. We take out the squeakers (safety reasons)

We bought him a thigh bone from the butcher the other day.. I think we have found a winner of all toys!

stuffed mouse from Petco, now shredded, frisbee, rope, and her favorite is a toy called the Holy Roller made out of Kong rubber - it's awesome!
Are they destructive with their toys? How long do they last? oh yeah! not long at all.
Do you have a “Serial Stuffie Killer”? (Stuffed toys that are shredded beyond recognition) or do they play with them nicely? Maggie has just crossed the threshhold into being a "serial stuffie killer"
Do they with the toys by themselves or do they play with you or other dogs? If you play with them, What games do you play? both. Maggie retrieves as good as any Lab.
Have you seen any toy aggressive behaviors with all toys or only with certain ones? none at all.
