I do have a question though - I seem to remember a different photo for one of the summer pages? Was a black and tan drinking from a fountain. Was that for the calendar, or was that something else? (I really loved that photo!)

I have been looking for a long time for a 2013 Dobe calendar, and I didn't like all of the month's photos that I have seen.

But, now, I just bought the DT Calendar. Yeh!

Is August a mistake on the website or was it changed for some reason?

There were a few that we had to use the runner-ups photos because we were not able to get high resolution photos from the 1st place winners, unfortunately.

Be sure to select the starting month you want when checking out- for some reason it defaults to starting Nov. 2012! Also you may change the currency to USD in the upper right corner.

What a bummer! That was my girl Maggie who won the August contest with the water fountain drinking picture.
I really wish I had been contacted to see if it was possible to send a higher resolution photo. I was really looking forward to having the calendar with her picture in it. :(

I'm sorry. You were contacted via pm and email we gave it a few weeks and heard no response so we had to use a different photo.

I sure wish I had noticed that--my calendar starts and ends in OCTOBER! (and we were practically through November when it arrived.) Oh well, the pics are lovely anyway.

I'm editing the first post with bold lettering so no one else misses this!!!

I just ordered mine today. Thanks for the tip about selecting the month greenkouki, it did default to November but I was able to change it. Also, beautiful work on the cover Amelia!

Question - can I order the new calendar via phone call / that is how, I usually give out my Visa # ??

If you look at the very top of the page there is a Carolina blue rectangle- there's a phone number to call there!

I never got any emails to my actual email address that I'm aware of...?

However, now that I look again, I DID receive a PM about where to send the photo. I think that back when I received the message, I glanced over it and somehow thought it just confirmed who the winners of the contest were and that the calendars would be in print soon. :redface: I'm very sorry for the mistake on my part.

I'm still sad the photo wasn't included, but I completely understand why you had to go with another. I apologize again for the mistake on my part. Thanks for all the hard work you and dax0402 put into the calendar this year. It does look beautiful!

I was just curious if the calendar included holidays from outside the US (ie: Canadian thanksgiving)

You could call or email cafepress to get that answered I bet.

Woo hoo, just ordered the calendar, I'm psyched. I understand it to be personal dogs of the owners here, makes it more special :)
