Want to see peoples dog pics

Maybe I am missing something here but often when I go to look at our member's "gallery submissions", there are none. I know this has something to do with where they choose to categorize them BUT, my contention is that no matter where they are categorized, they should ALL be copied into the individual member's gallery as well.

I LOVE member pictures and spend a ridiculous amount of time there. It is just a confusing and sometimes frustrating setup. Can anything be done about this?

From the link on a forum post, go to view users profile, then look for
Gallery
Total Media:xxxxx
View all gallery submissions by xxxxxxxxxxxxx

It will show you all uploaded images regardless of what gallery they have placed them in.

Yep that would do it, as you said it really depends on where the user uploads them. For me to have a copy of the picture in both the members gallery and any other gallery they uploaded them to would take too much disc space.

i can never get my photos to upload properly to the gallery, after trying three times i've finally given up all together

HMM, thats odd. I never have a problem. I can only assume that based on the amount of pictures being uploaded to the gallery on a daily basis it is working for others.

What is your exact problem? Sometimes I find a Big Hammer fixes most computer trouble.

LOL - just had to quote you and post, TD - I personally have been tempted to use that method many times myself over the years with my computers.
