Forum lag?

For the past couple days I've noticed the forum running slow. Not unresponsive like it has been in the past, but like it's experiencing lag. The scrolling is jerky and it's slower to load pages - just very laggy in general.

Has anyone else noticed this? ...I didn't know if it was just me... :/

Hi Burns,

I thought it was just my system, but I too have noticed it. Doesn't mean it's the website per se, but yes, I have noticed pages loading slow, and sometimes, pages not loading at all. I get the error message "unable to display webpage". That could be more on my end though.

I also thought it was my computer. It has been slow. Sometimes it is jerky and sort of shaky. When I was playing Blackjack yesterday, if I pressed "hit", it would sometimes go blank and I would have to restart - minus the $$$ I bet on that hand,

Yeah, jerky is a good way to describe it. Thanks for the feedback, at least we know it's not just our computers. Hopefully there's not a problem with the server.

Same thing here, thought it was just mine. But it also freezes up on loading some pages for me as I scroll down.

Could also be from congestion any where along the route between the server and your isp.

I noticed the same thing on my home machine but not my work machine. Maybe it is dependent upon the speed of your PC?

I think it may have something to do with the Kontera ads (Blue underlined words) but I am not sure. Looking into it.

As I said 6 minutes ago I think it is the Kontera ads but I am looking into it.

I am good but not that good I will need a little more than 6 minutes to get it sorted out.
