Was wondering what the designations under the user name means and how they are assigned.... Lil Pup, Lil Dog, Alpha, Banned.....

It's just related to your post count. The titles change as you post more. "Banned" just means that the member has been banned from the forum.

I asked a similar question a month or two ago--I think it was lost in the great hacking episode. Anyway, someone (I guessing a moderator?) posted a list with actual numbers of postings needed to reach each level. Maybe they'll do that again. Hint, hint.

Here is the current post count to user title settings;

Lil Pup 0
Big Pup 15
Lil Dog 50
Big Dog 75
Alpha 150

And as was noted above we made a change recently that allows all Supporting members to customize their user title.
