| You can change the titles of pictures that are already uploaded. Just got to that picture where you uploaded the picture. Click on the picture to open it up. On the upper right side you will see a drop down box called "Image Tools". Click on it and select "Edit Image". This opens a window where you can make these changes.
For deleting pictures, right now only moderators and Admins can delete pictures. Its not open to users right now. Maybe some time in the future this will be allowed. You do have the option to replace pictures that are already uploaded. You will find this function in the "Edit Image" page too. If something needs to be deleted, you cam PM a mod or admin to delete it for you. Hope this helps.
