Gunner has won both breeds so far. Mary Leahy's Am Bred red dog took WD, Dawn Danners red bitch was WB. Hades was WD today and Ethan's sister Halle was WB.

Yes that finished Hades. Which is the only red male that Michelle is showing here. I haven't looked at the pictures but I'm assuming the black bitch that my mom is showing is one of her bred by puppies who's 7 months old. Foxfires Easily Stellar v Electron (I think that's her name?) x Cupie J. No clue what the puppies name is, this weekend is her first show.

Well, that's Darcy handling her if it's the red bitch you are talking about? If so I'm pretty sure she's Wingate's M & M (Supernova Never Surrender X Ch Wingate 'N Sherluck's Zirconium) Bred by Jody Huston (Wingate) and Faye & Gary Strauss (Sherluck). Actually her dam was also from a co-bred litter and I think she looks like Wingate and Sherluck--Jody's breeding all goes back to Fayes so that's not surprising.

I believe that's Ch Foxfire's Seaside Heights (Hampton) owned by Ken Ray and Debi Sternberg. Out of Debi's Foxfire's Lovin' It All ( Cupid daughter out of Jade) and sired by Ch Foxfire's Altimate. That's Kim Owen showing him in Breed. He didn't do anything at the Specialty but he went Select Dog on Thursday which gave him four more of the six points he needed for his Grand Championship--he's only 19 months old now--finished at 11 months I think.

I think that's Andy's Open AOAC bitch--she won that class at the Specialty and went RWB to Dawn's red bitch who finished. She's Caryola's Perfect Obession BN RA CA (that's what the catalog says but I think she's really Caryola's Perfect Obsession) She was sired by Ch Cambria's the Captain X Ch Caryola's Blueberry).

I just roll my eyes when Michelle shows red dogs (or red bitches for that matter) because she complains about the red dogs endlessly and yet she's bred and shown some of the nicest red male Dobes I've seen in all of my 50+ years of shows, owning and showing Dobes.

I was even more entertained when she was shoing my fawn dog and everytime he lost she'd walk out of the ring muttering "If he was black he'd be finished by now!"
