 | Another good weekend!
Austin, Kerwynd's Certified Country, had a great week. He passed the CGC on Tuesday, and then in Concord, NC, won Winners Dog, Best of Opposite Sex in the Doberman Specialty on Saturday and won Winners Dog, Best of Winners, Best of Opposite Sex Sunday.
A few weeks ago he won WD/BOS on the Friday in Virginia Beach so our point total is now 5.

I had to run back to the hotel to work as much as I could. I hope to be competing with Austin in agility or rally in the future! | |

| We had another good weekend at the West Friendship, MD Turkey Cluster shows. Friday and Saturday Austin was Winners Dog, Best of Winners picking up 4 more points. He has now singled out and got to take Sunday off. We need to find some shows with majors.
Pepper showed Saturday and Sunday for the first time since the National. She wasn't very into it Saturday. On Sunday she behaved much better and was Reserve Winners Bitch. She beat two beautiful puppies in her class - very proud of her.
Austin's litter mate sister, Kerwynd's Forever Country (Taylor), was Winners Bitch both Saturday and Sunday and Best of Winners on Sunday.

Apparently several of us DT people were at Concord but never connected! cathy43 was at agility, I lived in the obedience venue at Concord for 4 days, and you were in the conformation bldg.

There were at least 3 other Dobes there but I think most stayed on the show grounds. The hotel was pretty decent compared to some I've recently stayed at for shows! | |
