 | Six Months Ago Dax Went to the Bridge
Today it is 6 months since Dax left us for he bridge: Dax's Rainbow Residency at RainbowsBridge.com
My husband and I are so sad. We know we did what was best for her because she was so sick but the sadness is still there. We are just so thankful you came into our lives. I truly believe when one door closes another one opens and it seems to have worked that way with our Dobermans. When Baron #1 died suddenly at 5 1/2 of cardio, Lonesome was waiting and in need a home. When Lonesome left us at 14 of prostrate cancer, Dax was the last of her litter and needed a home. Now when Dax died of cancer, our new Baron was waiting for us. We looked through her photo album and both cried. Below is a photo the first day she came home with us and the day she left us. I know today must be very hard for you. Give Baron extra hugs and kisses and know that Dax & Lonesome are watching over you, Baron and your family.

| | Alpha | I can only imagine how sad you must still be...I'm sure the years with her were wonderful..Just know that she is looking down on you from Rainbow Bridge and feeling the love that you have and have had for her. Although she is not with you physically, she'll always be with you spiritually and will continue to be a soft spot in your heart.
Embrace the 11 years of memories you had with her....they were very special years..HUGS...

 | Looking at your pictures made me cry...I am sorry for your loss.
I can't even think about losing Petey...he is by far the best dog I've ever owned and he is only 16 months old....There are no other breeds like the doberman....they are so human like that the pain of losing them must be so hard to bare.
