| my first dog (love of my life): Moonshine!

some of you may recognize me lurking in this forum since december last year.. it was at that time when I put in an order for a doberman and had to wait a few months for it. well, it is here!!! the breeder (who is now more of a friend) surprised me by getting me to go to the quarantine area without me knowing that my doberman would already be there.
but there it is, and here is my first doberman, my first dog of my life, and how I love him already. I could only spend two hours at the quarantine (he is imported and would have to be quarantined for a month but you all already know I will be visiting him every day!) and the hours went by so quickly.
he is such a joy. so excited, so happy, affectionate, playful, bursting with energy. I fell in love with him immediately and could not stop grinning and loving him.
most of you probably are very lucky to grow up with dogs, but I never had that luck. I have pined for a dog since I was a kid, how I lovelovelove them, and finally, my first dog is here. I cannot wait for 21 april to take him home from the quarantine!

I love him to bits. oh and his name is Moonshine.
