I would like to hear what people feel about the look of this puppy so far.

I think you need to get a few clues about what makes a good Doberman and make up your own mind or find a mentor or trust the breeder of your choice. Most of the people on this forum are pet owners and do not have the depth of experience to evaluate a show prospect. If you you were interested in buying a show prospect from me and posted the photo on this forum to ask a bunch of strangers about the quality when you have no clue of their qualifications, I WOULD NEVER SELL YOU A DOG!!!

Is this your puppy or just one you are interested in buying? If it's one you are interested in buying I think you need to talk to the breeder about the positives/negatives of this dog instead of asking a bunch of people on the internet for their approval. A lot of people on here are novices as far as evaluating dogs for show.

I have already made my decision on whether to buy it or not. I waited until I made my decision to post the picture. I was just curious to see what people would say. I know that most people on here are pet owners or newbs as am I. So I find critiques and such interesting.

I'm not going to critique this puppy as I would be pretty angry if someone posted a picture of one of my puppies without my permission. If the breeder wants to post pictures and ask for critiques, I'd give my opinion.

Looks like a doberman. Puppy aged and of the black/rust coloration.

I did not mean to offend in any way. I am sorry and if I could take the post down I would. Guess I made a huge newb error like I said I was just interested in others people's opinions. I had already made mine.

I don't think it has anything to do with being a newb to the Doberman world.

It's just common sense and common courtesy, that you don't post ANY photo someone has shared with you, on the internet, on a public forum, without their permission.

Once again sorry didn't realize it was an issue. I have never had a problem with people using my pictures. If it was something I didn't want people to see I wouldn't post it or share it.

Let me reiterate so maybe people will quit coming at me. I AM SORRY, if I could take it down I would. If a moderator could delete it I would be much appreciated.

Is this YOUR puppy? because if so then there shouldnt be a problem posting the photo.
I know nothing about conformation or what makes a good show puppy but I think that is a very cute puppy.

I have removed the photo out of respect to the breeder and I am closing this thread as it is no longer a productive discussion.
