| We would like to introduce our baby girl!
Hello everyone! I wanted to introduce our newest addition to our family. We have been waiting and searching for quite some time to find a little sister for Capone, our 3 years old male Doberman. On Saturday my husband and I picked up our newest bundle of joy. She is a 15 week old black and rust female puppy. It appears that she is already well on her way to have both my husband and Capone wrapped around her little paw. We currently do not have a name for her and we have been going round and round with names so suggestions are appreciated. We really like strong C names, but would be open to other suggestions as well.
My husband and I have been doing a lot of research this go around and we are so happy with the whole outcome. We like to think that she really picked us as her owners. When we visited the breeder we were introduced to the litter. Some of whom were already spoken for. The pink collar girl really seemed to connect with us right away. We fell in love and to top it off she was still available. We waited the next few days to see if the breeder would consider us a good home for one her pups. When we finally got the call from the breeder that we were approved, I was so happy and couldn't concentrate on work the rest of the day, well maybe that whole week! Ha
Her parents are both show dogs. They are CH Holly Woods Race The Sun "Trace" X Camee's Don't Ya Tell V Briarwood, "Nakita", CGC, 13 pts/1 major. She is so beautiful and I think she is going to grow into a real head turner. I am just amazed at all the little things I forgot of having a puppy. As I type this out she is taking a puppy nap right next to me on the couch so I think she is adjusting well. Rob and I could describe her as cautiously curious. She is just awesome and we both can't wait to see what she grows up to be.
(Side note I am happy that some of her littermates are on DT so that we can keep in touch. She was part of a 2 day litter so she could have the same birthday as our Capone! Double birthday party anyone?)
Oh yeah she already has a boyfriend, Khaos, Thor_Red's boy. We are planning a puppy play date soon!!

I think Cadee (kay-dee) and Camille/Cammy are cute and strong plus they fit well with capones name. I ended up with mabel, and then all H's haha so be sure and say them out loud a lot and fast! Mine are so close I get tongue twisted with the cats!

Mrsnitrobob also has a pup from that same litter (her name is Harley), and I have spoken to Carol on the phone before, she is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to, making for an excellent breeder IMO. I heard her litter was gorgeous, and the pictures definitely support that! She is beautiful ^.^
Name ideas: my friend has a mini schnauzer named Cortana (no idea where it came from) Cadence, Clara, Cleo, Chloe... that's all i have for now : ) | |
