I have always loved the way pups/dogs deal with the changing seasons! None of our dogs have really ever loved the first snow. I know this because they wont go any further than 8 feet from the house to do there business. Usually they settle in later in the day. For now, yellow snow on walk.

Gracie has her second scheduled vet visit this afternoon. Our solid sample will surely be easy to recognize and retrieve today! Cant wait to see how she is doing.

First measurable snow here in Central Indiana for almost a year. Not a big fan of it, but it may make Christmas more enjoyable if it sticks around........

Strange, because my dogs LOVE the snow. They tear around - it must feel funny on their feet or something because they all go nuts and make a total mess of the snow as soon as they get out there (and if it is new light snow, then the grass underneath turns into a mud fest).

That's 3 dobes and a kelpie - loving the snow. I have been here in OR since 1998 and the dobes I brought with me from Australia acted like this from the first snow they had ever seen.

I think they like how fluffy it is. Murphy loves snow. Especially when you kick it at him. He'll run and run and run and run.
