You have to go through the court system and do an eviction that way. I would suggest you call the local sheriff's office and ask them about the legal process.

| Yes, karma will be visiting soon. Just think what "karma" thought when you did nothing about those poor puppies. Leaving them to their fate.
Then lying about it. |

That's real nice. If you believe in karma, perhaps you should also explore notions of taking the higher road.
Rally, I also hope that you found a solution, and that you and the pups are safe. |

I hope things work out for you Rally and your pets. I'm in Canada so not much help to you. At least tomorrow is Friday and you are getting paid so maybe you can get a motel room for now. Good luck!

The First Law of Karma - If you want positive results in your business and life, you need to cause others to have positive results.
The Second Law of Karma - To make up for bad karma, you don't need to be Ghandi or Mother Theresa. Just have nice thoughts and do simple acts.
The Third Law of Karma - If you never do good things, you'll never have good things done to you.
The Fourth Law of Karma - All the mean, self-serving things you do will come back to get you. Even if nobody witnesses them. Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App |

Are there any people who have experience with dobes who are willing to take my boy? I am working on somewhere for my other dogs as well. But want to make sure he goes somewhere safe. I dont even have anywhere to stay myself but have to be out by 4pm tomorrow evening. please, help! | Can you call any local rescues, and see if they can do a temporary foster? |

| Rallypup, sorry your're in such a mess, I would contact your breeder first and foremost, then any/all doberman rescue before even considering the pound. And as far as a place to stay, I think you are entitled to rights which would include a proper notice even if there was only a verbal contract. Good luck to you and your pets

| Great news! We found a rental home and was able to get a loan to pay for deposit and am able to move in on the 15th. I cannot wait for my dogs to come home. Thanks everyone for the advice and help. It has a HUGE fenced in backyard and the landlord likes dobermans! That's always a plus!
