Don't worry about it. Just take the cone off and her ears will be just fine. Stitches will come out and she will be posted from then on. Some vets don't bother with cones or foam, they just leave the ears flop until the stitches come out. Either way is fine.

I would just leave them down. Stretch them each day to keep them from puckering. They will be fine. Last ones I cropped I never put on cups. Just let them hang till healed then started posting.

You can either keep redirecting her, or else put on an elizabethan collar.

Is the cup off or is she scratching at the cup because it feels odd and is annoying? If the cup, take it off.

if the cup is off just make sure you clean all the excessive glue
you shoulnt be posting period if she has stitches in still.

use goo gone from crappy tire

after that just stretch and massage the ears gently till the stitches come out
