How cute!

I like how the vet went for the "Mother Teresa" look.

But, from what my vet told me and what I plan on doing...taping/posting shouldn't be done until the ears are healed. That doesn't mean when the stitches come out...it means after the scabs heal up AFTER the stitches come out.

that is awefully cute tho!! lol.

You had laser crop right? I dunno...my VET poseted my pups ears right after his laser crop with the stitches still in (said they were the antibacterial ones) and they healed very nicely..just make sure they dont get wet or hot ...if so take your pup in to get them changed out asap. And under the chin thing...hmmm..I think he could have done without..I dunno...

My first reaction was WTF?? I didnt think they were going to do the the taping under the chin, Im keeping a real close eye on that to make sure it is not too tight. His ears looked like they were heeling fast, hopefully next week that I take him for the removal of the stiches they post them up the normal way if not I will have to redo it myself.

my first thought too was he is ready to go swimming, who is the vet? and where, just so we know. I hope all turns out well but I wouldn't have allowed him to be taped like that. sorry!

Ear Cropping and Posting

There are some threads here by BIB with pictures on posting, and a video. Your puppy is really cute!
