| Isabell goes to Bass Pro
Ok I call Bass Pro and ask if dogs are allowed. They said as long as the feet don't hit the floor. You have to carry them or put them in a cart. So I thought what a better place to visit.
Isabell did very good sitting in the cart. Only one lady came up to us. She nervously approached and ask about her Temperament. I told her its great... She is really sweet and wouldn't hurt a flea. So the lady slowly and cautiously puts her hand up to Isabell. Obviously unsure and for the first time I heard Isabell growl. ????? It was real soft but she did growl. The lady took her hand back and said " I know you don't know me BUT I think maybe your rushing her socialization. You should really back off a little. I had this dog once Bluh, Bluh, Bluh."
I couldnt believe what I heard. What was she (Isabell) thinking???? Maybe she could since the lady was unsure. I could.
Anyway its really hard to take pictures when its just you and the dog but I did get two. Here they are. 
Mid yawn..... Tired .....

I'm no expert either but I sure picked up on it. People like this make you wonder if you should just stay home and enjoy your baby.

I don't know which Bass Pro you went to, (not sure where Willard is) but the one in KC/Independence, MO. I have taken my guys in and haven't gotten a comment yet. But I will say, all the animals (dead and alive) are alot for my guys. Lots of barking and growling so I don't think my adults will visit. But great for pups to see all sorts of new things. | |
