I am so sorry to this is happening to poor Diesel. Let us know what the Vets say. This is the big problem with puppies bought at pet stores, they come from puppy mills who only raise puppies to make money off. They have no concerns for the pups wellfare at all. Damn all of you who mass produce pups.

after evrything i learned here i so agree. never again will i do what i did. thank you i hope he comes out good i just called the vet he still is on fluids and has diareea the sec told me to call later for more info.

sounds like he has parvo.. hopefully he will pull thru. did you sign him back to the pet store? if you did, that means you cant sue them for the vet bills, and they can do with him as they please. they were very smart in having you sign papers, this way you cant sue them over a sick puppy.. and, NEVER take a petstore dog to the petstores vet, you take the dog to your own vet..

see if there is a puppy lemon law in your state, this way if he is still yours you can sue the pet store for the cost of the treatment as its going to be VERY expensive..just go on msn or google and search for "puppy lemon law" and add your state in to find it..

i did their is i have 14 days for contagious or infectious dieseases and 1 year warrenty i think. maybe u all canm help i put in yahoo search puppy lemon laws.

so if the pet store made you sign a paper to treat him, does he belong to them again? or do you pay for the vet visits and treatment and get him back??

yea i had to sign diesel over to them and the said once he is better i get him back. now on some of the florida statues it says the must pay up to the amount of the dog which diesel was 675 and the is at 970 now i am not sure if he still has to be under my care or theres. and i am also scared that they will try to back out thats why i wanna be prepared.

you are going to have to contact the lemon law site in your state, and ask for help on what to do, every state is different, and has different rules.
