| | Big Pup | what do you feed your litters? I did a search on the site, and didn't see anything (but feel free to just post a link to a thread if I missed it!). I'd love to know what peoples thought and programs are for feeding their puppies! Mine will be 3 weeks old Tuesday, and Mom is getting tired of all the nursings!!
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice! |

| I feed all my dogs Pro Plan Chicken & Rice Adult, including puppies. When they are babies I put the dry kibble in the blender and blend it into a powder, then add hot water and goats milk to make a gruel and watch the mess begin.

| last year I used eukanuba weaning formula, basically its their puppy food already ground up, just add warm water, I also added goats milk, cottage cheese and pumpkin to it. the pups loved it!

| | Alpha | Is this a litter you bred? Or a litter you are fostering for a rescue?

| | Big Pup | This is the litter I bred, ie they are still getting nourishment from mom, which is what I think you were getting at. |

Cows milk can cause diarrhea.

They gobble it after a couple of times... Dont forget the water! thats the hard part LOL they want to swim init LOL

| Most any grocery store has it in cans in the bakery section by the evaporated and sweetened condensed milk.

| We use Canadia All Stages, put through the food processor, and powered goat milk mixed with hot water.
All my pups did very well on that diet.
