Whilst we were outside yesterday, The Don and I heard a rustling noise nearby. I figured it was just some wildlife, however Vito immediately starting protecting me! He stepped between me and where the noise was coming from, hair raised, and barking away. By the way, I now know what everyone is talking about when they say their Dobes have a zipper on their neck/back. In a line from the top of his head to the middle of his back, Vito's hair stood straight up! Too cute.
He finally calmed down and we went back inside. Apparantly, he still felt a bit nervous about the mysterious noise (could be a dragon coming to get him you know), so he kept running back and forth from door to door -- making sure nothing scary was on the other side of the glass...
(sorry about the little mess in the pics. we just moved into our home not too long ago, and this room is currently for things we still have to go through or get rid of. how embarrassing).
"Bed dragons...Oh bed dragons..."

Then after all of that tough guy stuff...Mom had to vacuum. Say good-bye to tough guy Vito. Though with the vacuum not running, he did tried to intimidate it -- at the end he lost interest though. Note: once I starting the vacuum, Vito took off and was no where to be found until the horror was over.
